How does the timezone difference work in practice?
We work async-first by design. Every sprint day ends with a written update delivered before the US East Coast day starts. You respond on your schedule — we act on it while you sleep. For decisions that need back-and-forth, we use async written threads rather than scheduled calls. In our experience, the timezone gap stops mattering within the first sprint.
What do you charge compared to US agencies?
We don’t publish rates publicly — scope too often drives price for fixed-price engagements. What we can say: Australian market rates billed in USD are meaningfully lower than equivalent US agency rates for the same quality of work. We’ll give you a specific number when you send us a brief.
Do you do NDA and US-style contracts?

What if I just want to test with a small first project?

Who owns the code?
