What we built
WiseKeel is a framework and advisory practice for rolling out AI agent automation safely. The core principles: access is a design decision, not a default — every permission an agent has should be one someone deliberately granted. Automation earns trust in stages — scope expands as the audit trail proves it’s ready, not on a vendor’s rollout timeline. If a decision can’t be explained, it doesn’t get automated yet — every agent action should trace back to a policy and a reason. And people stay in the loop where it counts, freed from the repetitive parts so judgement goes where it’s actually needed.

WiseKeel isn’t a product you install — it’s the design and governance layer we bring to a client’s existing or planned agent automation: scoping what an agent should be allowed to touch, building the audit trail that proves it’s ready for more, and structuring the staged rollout so autonomy expands on evidence rather than optimism.

Naming the principles explicitly turned out to matter as much as applying them: clients adopt a governance model faster when they can see it written down, not just inferred from how carefully we built their integration.
